Collaboration with Product, Engineering, UX, and Support teams **Mission:** Creating, maintaining, and evolving documentation for our digital products is a key role in connecting technical teams, product teams, and end users—ensuring complex information is translated clearly, accurately, and accessibly. **Responsibilities:** * Create, review, and maintain technical and functional software product documentation (manuals, guides, FAQs, help centers, release notes, APIs, workflows, and processes). * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-oriented content. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Support, and QA teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. * Structure and standardize documentation according to company-wide best practices and global guidelines. * Ensure documentation remains up-to-date with new versions, releases, and product changes. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for user experience through well-structured content. * Use documentation, version control, and content management tools. * Create, record, and edit instructional and technical videos, including: System tutorials, Feature demonstrations, Video lectures and internal training, Audiovisual content supporting documentation
