In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising space to companies interested in the customer base of this wholesale retailer’s stores—both suppliers and non-suppliers—as well as advertising agencies. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate with companies (suppliers and non-suppliers) within the store network for media placement across available properties, such as aerial banners, static panels, and booth spaces. Develop new media opportunities and special advertising campaigns. Monitor occupancy rates across all media properties in the managed stores, ensuring maximum utilization of all assets. The prospecting universe for this sales effort will consist of (i.) store suppliers—particularly local/regional manufacturers, (ii.) non-supplier companies interested in the store’s customer base—e.g., construction firms, consortiums, educational institutions, and general service providers—and (iii.) advertising agencies for retail media campaign development.
