A logistics company is seeking a Filmmaker professional in Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca). **Responsibilities:** Capture field footage (in favelas, logistics operations, and behind-the-scenes settings). Film three times per week in Rocinha, accompanying daily operations. Visit the Barra warehouse twice per month for filming and alignment sessions. Create short-form serial stories (soap opera style) for social media. Edit dynamic videos for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms. Script content based on daily logistics operations. Show the real behind-the-scenes of logistics operations (both inside and outside favelas). Collaborate with marketing to transform operational activities into content. Perform tasks typical of a Filmmaker/Storymaker role. Previous experience as a Videomaker, Director of Photography, Video Editor, or Audiovisual Producer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
