Interface with various internal departments and support management ### **Film Distribution Company hires: Senior Financial Assistant** * **Contract type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * **Work model:** On-site * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and remote work on Fridays. ### **Summary:** To ensure the organization, control, and financial health of the company, acting strategically and integrally in accounts payable and accounts receivable routines. Responsible for ensuring the proper execution of financial processes, contributing to cash flow predictability, tax compliance, and supporting management decision-making. ### **Responsibilities:** * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Updating and monitoring cash flow; * Delinquency control and support in negotiations with clients; * Interface with suppliers; * Issuance and control of electronic invoices (NFe); * Preparation and updating of financial and managerial reports (supplier advances, receivables, cash flow, among others); * Bank reconciliation and support in monthly closing; * Interface with internal departments (sales, operations, and legal) and support for audits; * Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures. ### **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting; ### **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis); * Experience with ERP systems and strong system proficiency; * Proven experience in financial routines, with focus on billing and accounts receivable/payable; * Knowledge of financial and accounting processes; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS); * Experience in cash flow monitoring and control is desirable; * Experience in the audiovisual industry is desirable. ### **Company Information:** * **Sector:** Film Distribution Company; * **Location:** Rio de Janeiro / Barra da Tijuca; Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
