**Job Description:**
Grupo Seres, in partnership with a national company in the pharmaceutical industry segment, is recruiting a professional for the position of Senior Strategic Planning and Management Analyst.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform, with specialized technical knowledge, medium-complexity and medium-criticality activities within the Strategic Management Advisory (AGE), guiding less experienced professionals and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes aligned with the objectives of the macro-process of Strategy, Performance, and Process Management; participate in the development and updating of the Institution’s strategic plan and in strategy monitoring; establish goals based on the institutional strategic map; manage institutional performance—both internally and as required by internal control bodies or other oversight agencies; carry out activities related to the Process Office; participate in the analysis and proposal of business process improvements within the Unit; support BPM notation modeling; collaborate in value chain reviews; support preparation of the Annual Management Report (RAG); execute transparency and information disclosure projects; build dashboards; prepare technical documents and presentations for the area; and contribute to maintaining and optimizing activities and procedures in alignment with institutional strategies and policies.

**Work Rotation:** 5x2, Monday to Friday.

**Requirements:**
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering;
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in developing Strategic Plans (conceptualization, strategic maps, goals and/or strategic indicators);
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in monitoring and controlling organizational strategy;
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in process mapping (BPMN notation modeling);
Intermediate English (reading and speaking); will be assessed.
