Prepare reports and dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators Description: We are looking for an Engineering intern to join our Procurement department, supporting the analysis, organization, and monitoring of material and service procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and an interest in developing competencies in management and negotiation. Main Responsibilities * Support the analysis of quotations and commercial proposals; * Assist in controlling and updating procurement tracking spreadsheets; * Conduct market research and supplier identification; * Support price analysis; * Assist the team with administrative tasks within the department; * Prepare reports and dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators. Requirements * Currently enrolled in the 2nd year or later of an Engineering program (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields); * Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking for daily work routines); * Advanced Excel skills; * Basic data analysis knowledge (Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools are advantageous); * Organized, proactive, and possessing strong communication skills.
