Responsible for areas such as the cafeteria, room service, bars, and events Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Partie Chef to join the Bourbon Rio de Janeiro team, located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Join the team that values excellence in service, offering menus from the world's most renowned cuisines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Based on general guidelines and objectives defined by the Immediate Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under their responsibility within a specific kitchen station. They ensure that quality, flavor, and presentation standards are maintained in accordance with restaurant or hotel policies. They collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee efficient service and customer satisfaction, always maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
