Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context. As a **Well Systems Project Quality Engineer**, you will be responsible for: * Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems). * Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system. * Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field. * Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. * Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3\-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2\-12 months after the event **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Quality). * Experience in Business Process Management. * Knowledge and experience in Well Systems is a plus. * Fluent English and Portuguese Desired Characteristics * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Ability to influence others and lead small teams. * Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. * Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. * Effective problem identification and solution skills. * Proven analytical and organizational ability. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
