Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and optimizing legalization processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the team, and serving as a consultative support point. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise legalization and regulatory compliance processes 2. Manage and develop the legalization team 3. Serve as a technical consultant and support point * Supervise and guide legalization processes: company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution; * Ensure acquisition of permits, licenses, and other registrations required by public agencies (Municipal Government, Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Health Surveillance Agency, among others); * Manage the legalization team by assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines, and developing team members; * Serve as a technical and consultative support point for clients and other internal departments; * Establish institutional relationships with public agencies and monitor municipal, state, and federal legislation; * Implement improvements in legalization workflows and maintain updated systems and controls within the department; * Prepare management reports and departmental metrics (e.g., average company incorporation time, rework rate, volume per process type). Working Hours: 08:00–18:00 (Mon–Thu), 08:00–17:00 (Fri) | Work Mode: Hybrid
