Job Summary:
A professional to provide customer service, assist with contractual matters, support documentation organization, and monitor event licensing processes.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide customer service (in-person, telephone, and online), clarifying questions regarding services and processes;
* Assist with contractual matters, guiding customers on deadlines, required documents, and procedural steps;
* Support the organization, verification, and tracking of documentation;
* Monitor event licensing processes with competent authorities;
* Participate in meetings with clients to align event-related requirements;
* Conduct visits to public agencies to request and collect documents and permits;
* Update internal records and systems with process-related information;
* Perform other duties relevant to departmental needs.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred);
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Aptitude for public-facing service;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in administrative routines and customer service;
* Experience dealing with public agencies is preferred;
* Knowledge of legislation.
Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.650,00 per month
