Team collaboration for smooth operation #### **About the position:** * We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The professional will support daily kitchen activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and basic food preparation, contributing to service quality and efficiency. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in ingredient and dish preparation according to the chef's instructions; * Maintain kitchen and utensil cleanliness and organization; * Receive and properly store supplies and raw materials; * Assist in plating and finalizing dishes; * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations; * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Completion of a kitchen assistant or food handling course; * Knowledge of basic cooking techniques; * Experience in industrial kitchens or high-volume restaurants. #### **Benefits:** * Dental plan * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Cafeterias in all stores * Up to 70% discount on university tuition (for employee and dependents) * Discounts on company products * SESC membership for leisure (employee and dependents) :) * SENAC courses (vocational training for employee and dependents) #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 6 days on, 1 day off
