**Job Mission:** Our restaurant is growing and we are seeking a professional to work in the kitchen, contributing to the preparation of dishes with quality, organization, and efficiency. Your mission will be to support meal preparation while ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and food presentation standards. If you enjoy the culinary environment, have experience in this role, and wish to join a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the kitchen’s established standards; * Sort and organize materials and ingredients required for meal preparation; * Peel, cut, and sanitize vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, seasonings, and other foods; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the kitchen, utensils, and equipment; * Support other activities relevant to daily kitchen operations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Efficiency, organization, and attention to detail; * Commitment to good hygiene and food handling practices; * Proactivity and ability to work well in a team; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Job Details:** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) * Schedule: 6x1 (six working days followed by one day off) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM * Location: Wave (Kiosk) If you identify with this profile and are ready for this challenge, we’d love to meet you!
