Job Summary: Zerezes is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Analyst to connect aesthetics, strategy, and commercial performance, ensuring the brand’s visual experience in stores—from campaign development through execution. Zerezes is experiencing rapid physical expansion and seeks a **Senior Visual Merchandising Analyst** to ensure the brand’s visual universe comes alive in every store—connecting **aesthetics, strategy, and commercial performance**. This role is pivotal in building brand experience at the point of sale—from developing new stores and collections to executing campaigns and window displays. We seek someone with a sensitive eye, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform data and creative concepts into tangible business outcomes. ***All our job openings are inclusive of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and all forms of diversity.*** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Oversee visual execution across stores**, ensuring aesthetic coherence, functionality, and commercial performance. * **Serve as a strategic bridge between the Creative Studio, Commercial, and Operations teams**, transforming campaigns, collections, and *collabs* into impactful physical experiences. * **Implement and review planograms and store layouts**, ensuring optimal placement of lines, families, and SKUs aligned with commercial strategy. * **Manage visual communication at the point of sale** (window displays, fixtures, signage, and POS materials), maintaining consistency and execution excellence. * **Support the development of new stores and renovations**, participating from architectural planning through opening—with focus on customer experience and brand identity. * **Analyze sales data and product behavior** before and after new layout implementations, proposing adjustments and improvements based on results. * **Conduct field visits** to validate executions and understand regional operational dynamics. * **Create and update guideline materials**, *moodboards*, VM manuals, and operational checklists—ensuring standardization and scalability. * **Contribute to campaign and launch planning**, ensuring store visuals reflect brand positioning and maximize commercial performance. * **Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Marketing teams**, integrating aesthetics, narrative, and business strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Degree in Design, Fashion, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields; * **Experience:** Prior experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or design brands; * **Tools:** Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Canva; * **Profile:** Aesthetic, analytical, and strategic—someone with a keen eye for detail, curiosity about data, and the ability to connect concept and performance. * **Soft skills:** Collaboration, proactivity, critical thinking, and autonomy to lead purpose-driven, high-excellence deliverables. * **Willingness to travel nationally**, supporting store openings, renovations, and on-site executions. **Benefits** * **Competitive Salary**; * **Bradesco Health Plan (Effective)** — No cost (Semi-private); * **Meal/Voucher Allowance** — R$ 25 per day via CAJU card; * **Transportation Voucher** — As needed, deposited onto CAJU card with payroll deduction as per law; * **WellHub** (formerly GymPass); * **Psicologia viva** (Mental health benefit — 2 free sessions per month); * **Conexa Saúde** (Discounts at pharmacies and for medical exams); * **Zerezes Employee Discount Program**; * **On Happy** (Leisure travel discounts); * **Corporate Recognition Program**; * **Opportunities for Professional Growth and Development.** * **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Location:** Ipanema / Rio de Janeiro Join our team!
