Professor Pereira Reis, 51 – Porto Maravilha/RJ \- 08:00 TO 12:00 \- 5X2 ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead the nursing team, providing technical support in procedures; * Supervise the team responsible for receiving and investigating medical certificates; * Ensure periodic medical examinations are conducted within legal deadlines; * Develop, implement, and monitor plans and programs for employee health protection; * Provide on-site first aid, ensuring appropriate referral for medical treatment when necessary; * Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate nursing team activities; * Update and maintain the list of persons with disabilities (PCDs) with the Public Prosecutor’s Office; * Ensure updating and control of the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) spreadsheet; * Organize and ensure proper storage of medical records; * Support and participate in SIPAT activities; * Evaluate, together with physicians, the possibility of dismissal due to occupational health issues; * Assist physicians in analyses related to technical causality; * Attend to employees regarding SESMT-related topics, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Organize and manage medical appointment schedules; * Ensure investigation of medical certificates showing signs of forgery or alteration; * Schedule Occupational Health Examinations; * Populate and submit SESMT indicators to Corporate SESMT; * Control and forward outpatient care reports within established deadlines; * Guide managers on legal labor procedures, including disciplinary actions; * Set deadlines with internal departments for payroll-related schedule compliance; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, preventing fines; * Propose technical solutions and guide the team in problem resolution; * Plan and organize services according to operational demand. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 * **Meal Allowance (VR) or Food Allowance (VA):** R$ 21,77 per day * **Benefits:** * Gympass * Health Insurance and Dental Insurance (optional) * SESC * Bulla * Partner discounts Minimum Education: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
