Opportunity for technical learning and development We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Intern with energy to join Biovera — a company with over 40 years of experience, recognized for laboratory equipment and specialized technical assistance, currently experiencing growth. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join an organization undergoing continuous expansion, committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to its customers and employees. As a Pharmacy Technician Intern, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing technical support for specification and use of pharmaceutical laboratory equipment; * Assisting in delivering basic training on correct equipment usage, when required; * Identifying equipment malfunctions or misuse and proposing solutions or adjustments; * Maintaining ongoing contact with domestic and international suppliers, as well as technical representatives, to clarify doubts and deepen technical understanding; * Keeping up-to-date on laboratory equipment usage through periodic review of manuals; * Completing technical reports and service records; * Collaborating with other departments whenever necessary; * Participating in technical meetings and internal/external training sessions, including those held abroad or online, as requested. * Written communication in English with foreign representatives (USA, Germany, France, etc). Preferred Qualifications: * Intermediate English proficiency with knowledge of technical terminology; * Familiarity with laboratory equipment sector; * Residency near Ramos; Hard Skills: * Education: Currently enrolled in a secondary-level Pharmacy Technician program. * Intermediate English (will be tested) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word Employment Type: Internship — On-site Benefits: Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction); Life insurance; Birthday day off. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 15-minute lunch break.
