Dynamic environment with autonomy and innovation **Logistics and Operations Manager** **About the Role** We are a retail and distribution network with 4 stores and a highly dynamic operation covering order and delivery management for physical stores, e-commerce, and marketplaces. Inventory exceeding 5,000 different SKUs, featuring products with diverse characteristics: heavy, light, fragile, chemical, flammable, among others. We are seeking a Logistics and Operations Manager to lead our receiving, shipping, inventory, warranty, and customer service (SAC) teams — a professional with strong people leadership skills, data orientation, experience managing through defined processes, and capable of using and supervising team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Practical Excel experience for data analysis and decision-making aimed at continuous process and operational management improvement. BI analysis skills using performance data, and ability to critically assess information to maintain intelligent logistics operations management. Strong people management expertise and experience, including organizing team work schedules, conducting hiring and termination interviews, delivering feedback, and implementing performance evaluations — all aimed at creating an efficient and fair workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop the logistics team (receiving, in-person and remote shipping, SAC, and warranty), maintaining productivity and a positive work environment * Organize and manage a 400m² warehouse operation with over 5,000 SKUs and a team of more than 15 people * Ensure compliance with existing processes and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement * Monitor logistics and inventory KPIs, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions * Maintain close relationships with all partner carriers to schedule and track pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment * Report weekly to the Executive Board on existing performance indicators, presenting corrective action plans for any anomalies **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience managing operational logistics teams or distribution centers * Experience across multiple sales channels (brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B) * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and interpretation of logistics KPIs * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation grounded in data * Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and carriers * Firm leadership capable of sustaining both productivity and a positive team climate * Degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related quantitative fields **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail/distribution of bulky or heavy goods * Experience with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) * Proven track record designing logistics KPIs and dashboards * Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt), MBA or postgraduate degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Power BI or advanced Excel knowledge for data analysis, or experience with 5S and Kaizen **What We Offer** * A professional environment where you have direct access to senior leadership to drive improvements autonomously — always focused on applying industry best practices in logistics * A young company with few hierarchical levels, offering freedom to innovate and take ownership * An innovative spirit supported by a technology department that can assist you in process improvement via AI applications and ERP adjustments **Additional Information** * Work Location: Downtown Niterói (RJ) Near the ferry terminals * Work Model: On-site * Salary: R$ 6,000.00 * Benefits: Meal or Food Allowance R$ 1,200.00 * Health Insurance: with co-payment * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher * Academic Support: for courses in your field of expertise * Birthday Day Off
