Therefore, we seek a **Junior Maintenance Technician** to work strategically and practically, ensuring the full operation of our units and contributing to the best experience for both colleagues and customers. This professional will play a fundamental role in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and structures, continuous process improvement, and promotion of an environment that is consistently safe, efficient, and welcoming. Here, we value individuals who are passionate about their work, attentive to details, and eager to build—because at Gurumê, every act of care is part of our recipe for excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all restaurant facilities; * Carry out services including: Electrical installations (distribution panels, circuit breakers, lighting, outlets, etc.), Hydrosanitary installations (pipelines, sewage, potable water, reservoirs, pumps, etc.), Refrigeration (cold rooms, display cases, refrigerated counters), Air conditioning and climate control (split systems, VRF, ducted systems and associated equipment), and other building systems and supporting equipment for restaurant operations; * Maintenance and cleaning of awnings, gutters, and roofing; * Monitor and record all service orders (SOs), ensuring timely updates and closure in the control system; * Organize and implement a preventive maintenance plan covering: Refrigeration equipment, Climate control systems, Industrial kitchen equipment, and Electrical and hydraulic systems; * Support the store team during emergency situations involving operational disruption risks; * Ensure proper functioning and preservation of facilities; * Maintain a safe workplace compliant with applicable technical and safety standards (NRs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in building maintenance, preferably in restaurants, bars, or hotels; * Practical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and climate control systems; * Organizational ability to develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules; * Ability to record and manage service orders; * Proactivity, autonomy, and responsibility. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (BRL 3,842.36) + Transportation Benefit / Ticket Car (R$1.00 deduction) + Meal/Voucher Benefit (BRL 32/day) + GymPass + Amil Health Plan + Amil Dental Plan + Viva Psychology + OMNI Pharmacy Benefit + Daycare Benefit + Birthday Day Off + SESC Agreement + University Agreement + Language Course Agreement + PLR (Profit Sharing) + Career Path!
