Lead and develop the team, proposing continuous process improvements #### **About the Role:** Dom Atacadista seeks a strategic CRM Coordinator with strong commercial orientation and results-driven mindset. This professional will be responsible for structuring, managing, and optimizing customer relationship strategies, directly focusing on increasing sales, retention, and loyalty. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute CRM strategies focused on increasing revenue and purchase frequency * Manage relationship campaigns (e\-mail, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, etc.) with a commercial focus * Analyze customer behavior and consumption data to generate sales insights * Develop segmentation and personalized offer initiatives * Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, retention, and LTV * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and BI teams to maximize results * Design customer journeys focused on performance and experience * Lead and develop the team (if applicable) * Propose continuous improvements to CRM processes and tools #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior CRM experience, preferably in retail or wholesale * Strong commercial vision and results orientation * Experience with sales- and retention-focused campaigns * Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, RD Station, HubSpot, or similar) * Experience in data analysis and performance metrics * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Analytical, strategic, and hands\-on profile #### **Benefits:** * On-site lunch and afternoon snack * Attendance bonus: R$ 150.00 * Assim Health Insurance (with co-payment; 50% covered by employee) * Bradesco Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Telemedicine * TotalPass and Gympass * University partnerships * SESC partnerships * Pharmacy partnership #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
