Prepare audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations **Position: Audit Analyst** **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Support the execution of internal audits across various company departments; Knowledge of internal controls; Knowledge of inventory procedures; Solid knowledge of payroll processing, labor charges, and contract termination; Collect and analyze financial, operational, and process-related information; Identify and report risks and opportunities for improvement; Prepare audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations; Participate in monitoring action plans from audited departments; Assist in developing risk and control matrices (RACM); Contribute to the implementation of the annual internal audit plan. **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Basic knowledge of auditing, internal controls, or risk management; Intermediate proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with audit tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS) is desirable.
