Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and technical professional to transform raw footage into engaging content, leveraging AI to accelerate workflow and ensure scalable creative production. You will be responsible for transforming *raw footage* into compelling content — with a key differentiator: **using Artificial Intelligence to accelerate workflow and ensure scalable creative production.** Emphasis is placed on agile editing of short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) and dense content (YouTube), maintaining quality standards (pacing, sound design, color grading) while **multiplying deliverables through intelligent versioning and automation processes.** **Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform end-to-end video editing, **integrating AI tools for repetitive tasks (auto-captioning, silence removal, audio processing)** to focus on creativity and storytelling. * **Implement creative scaling strategies:** generate multiple variations of the same video (A/B tests of opening hooks, soundtracks, and CTAs) for paid traffic campaigns. * Apply motion graphics (text animation, lower thirds, logos) to enrich content, **using templates and presets to expedite delivery.** * Optimize formats and cuts for specific platforms (vertical and 16:9\), **using intelligent "reframing" tools.** * Perform sound design and color grading to ensure final quality. * Collaborate with the content and scripting teams, **suggesting the use of Generative AI for creating** ***b\-rolls*****, supporting imagery, or synthetic voiceovers when needed.** * Maintain impeccable organization of media libraries and projects. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Film, Radio & TV, Communications, Design, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven experience (Junior/Mid-level) in editing and motion graphics. * **Competitive Advantage:** Portfolio demonstrating not only aesthetic quality but also **production volume and adaptability across formats.** * **"AI\-First" Mindset:** Willingness to leverage technology to eliminate manual, labor-intensive editing tasks. **Skills and Behavioral Profile** * **Agility with Quality:** Ability to deliver high volumes of creatives without compromising aesthetic refinement. * Extreme attention to technical details (synchronization, cuts). * Data-driven mindset: understanding which creatives perform best to replicate successful formulas. * Ability to receive feedback and implement rapid revisions. * **Technological Curiosity:** Continuously testing new tools (Adobe Firefly, AI plugins, AI audio tools). **Knowledge and Skills** * **Editing and Motion:** Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** (including AI/Sensei features), **CapCut** (desktop version and AI features), or Final Cut Pro; strong command of **Adobe After Effects**. * **AI Tools:** Familiarity preferred with tools such as **Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI, ElevenLabs (voice)**, or automation plugins for captions and cuts (e.g., Autocut, Opus Clip). * **Audio:** Basic knowledge of Adobe Audition or *AI Audio Enhancer* tools. * **Platforms:** Deep understanding of native language and conventions of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. **Attitude** * **Innovation:** Proactive exploration of software that boosts productivity. * **Results-Oriented Focus:** Understanding that the most effective video is the one that engages and converts. * Commitment to deadlines and volume-based goals. **Company Values** * Loyalty, Owner Mentality, Excellence, High Performance, Transparency. **Role Values** * **Productive Efficiency:** Doing more in less time using technology. * Technical quality and excellence in finishing. * Delivery agility and conversion focus. **Operational Details** * **Seniority Level:** Mid-level / Senior * **Employment Type / Schedule:** PJ (Full-time) * **Location:** On-site in Barra da Tijuca/RJ * **Tools and Languages:** Full Adobe Suite; CapCut Pro; Technical English (essential for tutorials and new AI tools). * **Compensation:** R$2\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month (depending on delivery level and tool proficiency). * **Contract Duration:** 12 months.
