Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Support project organization and monitoring, ensuring updates to schedules, deliverables, and controls; * Participate in meetings with the Project Team and technical areas (IT); * Monitor and keep project boards (JIRA) up to date, with attention to sprints and planned activities; * Organize meeting minutes, documents, and delivery checklists; * Serve as the communication link between technical areas and the Project Team, facilitating information flow; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project monitoring and execution processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
