




**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 06 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Occupational Safety Standards; * Technical Standards for Pipeline Construction and Assembly. **EDUCATION** * **Education Level: Technician in Pipeline Inspection, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, or other related fields.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participation in Goods Procurement and Materials Logistics processes; * Involvement in the preparation and negotiation of supply contracts, ensuring favorable conditions for the company; * Cost analysis related to procurement and supply activities, contributing to budget optimization; * Support in developing and implementing procurement plans, considering demand and available inventory; * Preparation of reports on supply status, including variance analysis and performance indicators; * Control and monitoring of inventory levels, ensuring required materials are available; * Management of the purchase order process, from requisition through material delivery; * Participation in periodic supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established requirements; * Liaison between Engineering and C&M (Construction & Maintenance) to identify alternative solutions for goods supply; * Supervision of receiving and segregation activities; * Monitoring of cargo handling activities; * Approval of material receiving inspection reports; * Verification and validation of material origin certificates; * Inventory management activities; * Participation in the acquisition and disposal of assets, as well as in contractual management processes; * Execution of asset measurements in SAP (Materials Management Module – MM); * Execution of measurements related to goods acquired directly or via contracts; * Accounting inventory movements; * Participation in payment scheduling planning; * Submission of technical service requests (SSTs) to support areas; * Creation and maintenance of internal controls and support for due diligence regarding goods supply; * Factory visits and participation in meetings with contractors and subcontractors; * Monitoring of manufacturing schedules for complex assets, review and monitoring of inspection and testing events; * Schedule analysis focused on mitigating potential impacts on the project’s critical path; * Monitoring of technical opinion issuance and material procurement processes by contractors; * Due diligence regarding the handling of NC Reports (Non-Conformance Reports) associated with material supply. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
