Conducting asset security training **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Provide support in asset security, reporting non-conformity alerts and internal incidents via corporate tools to ensure compliance with asset security standards and procedures. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** ----------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing higher education (preferred); * Experience in asset security (preferred). **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Adhering to departmental corporate procedures, conducting inspections of employees and departments, locker rooms, and cargo and process audits to ensure accuracy of client inventory; * Visually verifying proper use of uniforms and identification badges within company premises to restrict access to authorized personnel only; * Inspecting the building and products through routine patrols to ensure physical integrity of the building and client products; * Investigating internally reported incidents by reviewing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and systematically analyzing processes to identify errors during loading and unloading; * Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), following occupational safety guidelines to ensure personal physical safety; * Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness, removing waste generated during handling and keeping your work area orderly to support corporate quality programs; * Following quality procedures, participating in training sessions, and applying learnings daily to ensure service quality for clients; * Delivering asset security training during corporate onboarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with local and internal rules; **Benefits \- You'll find here:** ------------------------------------------ * Medical Assistance (On-site clinic, no monthly fee, extendable to dependents); * Dental Assistance (Employee plan fully covered by DHL, nationwide coverage); * Meal Benefit (Meal voucher or company cafeteria, depending on location); * Transportation (Transportation allowance or shuttle service, depending on location); * PPR \- Annual Profit Sharing Plan; * Life Insurance; * Gympass (Nationwide network of partner gyms); * Discount Club (Promotional discounts across multiple categories). **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
