OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating operational teams, optimizing processes, analyzing performance, and managing resources to achieve goals and improve efficiency. Performance analysis and strategic resource management. #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily operations team activities, ensuring goal achievement and service standards compliance. * Monitor and optimize operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency. * Develop and analyze operational performance reports (KPIs), presenting results and proposing corrective and preventive action plans. * Ensure compliance with internal company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. * Manage allocation of resources (human, material, and equipment) to maximize productivity and delivery quality. * Provide training and development to the team, promoting technical capability building and employee engagement. * Participate in operational optimization projects, from conception through implementation and results monitoring. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in supervision or coordination roles within operational environments. * Solid knowledge of process management methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement tools. * Proficiency in operational data analysis and managerial reporting using BI tools or advanced spreadsheets (Excel). * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP), such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, for inventory, production, or service control. * Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on people development and results delivery. * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is considered a plus. #### **Skills** * Team Management * Process Optimization * KPI Analysis * ERP Software (SAP/Oracle) * Advanced Excel * Lean Manufacturing * Project Management * Problem Solving * Quality Control ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, TotalPass, Company Vehicle ### **Department:** Administrative
