This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring efficiency, optimization, and excellence in the company's logistics operations. **Job Responsibilities** * Plan and optimize logistics operations, ensuring timeliness, quality, and accuracy. * Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and propose continuous process improvements. * Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, and other departments. * Utilize logistics management tools and systems to support decision-making. * Participate in developing innovation and operational enhancement projects. * Ensure fluidity, organization, and standardization of logistics flows. * Ability to design cross-functional flowcharts with critical process analysis * Ability to develop work instructions (WI) and deliver training to the team **Requirements** Proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, or Continuous Improvement. * Experience in data analysis, logistics KPIs, and optimization tools. * Knowledge of logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP, or similar). * Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or equivalents). * Ability to interpret data and translate analyses into practical actions. **Education** * Bachelor's degree completed in: Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. * A postgraduate degree (Specialization/MBA) is a plus. * Complementary certifications in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) are considered valuable differentiators. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical mindset with results orientation. * Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills. * Organization, sense of priority, and systemic vision. * Proactivity and openness to innovation. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and lead improvements collectively.
