Manage inventory and prevent losses **Know Your Mission:** * Safely operate equipment and materials, perform daily checklists, ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance, appropriately package products using strapping, stretch wrapping, and palletizing, and identify and label damaged products; * Assist customers with material loading, either by operating equipment or manually when necessary; * Move products, ensuring correct inventory location, and verify before systemically recording stock discrepancies to ensure continuous process handling; * Analyze information from area reports and indicators during activities to prevent discrepancies and support overall operations; * Ensure availability and replenishment of high-turnover picking items according to planning strategy; * Act as a multiplier for the sorting and loading process and as a process guardian, ensuring yard organization, influencing others, and proposing continuous improvements; * Conduct daily briefings to encourage discrepancy reduction, guide peers, and continuously seek knowledge from area reports and indicators; * Identify pain points in your area and proactively signal opportunities for improvement in sorting, ED, and withdrawal processes. Serve as a store and company reference through productivity and quality in sorting and loading processes, acting as a multiplier; * Interact with and sensitize colleagues at all levels and third parties, exercising oversight during loading and identifying opportunities to avoid losses; * Execute inventory processes for locations and materials, detecting specification variances, identifying damaged products, and completing damaged product registration forms; * Ensure daily discrepancy handling, closely monitoring each location and material, interpreting variable indicators to consistently improve results; * Act as a multiplier and guardian of inventory management processes, influencing colleagues and proposing improvements aimed at reducing both known and unknown discrepancies; * Perform material loading and unloading, verify, analyze, and ensure quantity and quality of merchandise in saleable condition; * Notify the registration team whenever material registration updates are required, identified during verification.
