The Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) team is seeking a Logistics Operations Leader to join our External Logistics Partners team. Operations will be conducted 7 days per week, including holidays; therefore, working across different shifts will be part of this role.
You will manage a team of external logistics partners, as well as manage a team of Amazon-employed logistics operations analysts, to ensure these partners’ process performance and compliance. You will work in a highly collaborative environment that feels more like a start\-up than a large corporation. The mindset is that no idea is a bad idea, and the best ideas are those that should be tested and experimented with.
This person will be responsible for monitoring partner logistics performance and compliance, coordinating with internal and external teams. They will also support onboarding new logistics partners.
