### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPE, personal hygiene, and handling of materials and products in accordance with established procedures, supervisor instructions, and safety regulations;
Monitor daily activities by reviewing the RAD (Daily Activity Report), verifying the application of cleaning and sanitization techniques as per procedure;
Organize team workload distribution, lead teams, define tasks to be performed, and assign staff to respective sectors;
Verify and guide employees on correctly completing reports during building rounds and at the end of each shift;
Conduct onboarding checklists for new employees according to established routines, clarifying disciplinary rules, work instructions, safety standards, and sector walkthroughs to ensure proper integration;
Check material supply levels and distribute supplies as needed; inspect the DML (Cleaning Materials Storage) and functional carts to ensure employees can perform their daily duties;
Perform cleaning checklists using specific forms to evaluate cleaning/sanitization results, guiding the team when failures are detected, thereby ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards;
Monitor team discipline, providing guidance and correcting inappropriate behavior, applying appropriate disciplinary actions per the code of conduct;
Ensure practical application of knowledge acquired during training sessions under the contract, promoting best practices across the team;
Guarantee proper use and distribution of uniforms and PPE, and advise cleaning assistants on appropriate personal hygiene, following established norms and procedures;
Complete PPE control records, documenting equipment issued to employees and collecting signatures, per safety regulations;
Verify product labels in storage and diluted solutions, checking expiration dates per established standards;
Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment under the contract, flagging or submitting required replenishment requests, verifying items upon receipt, and organizing allocation;
Receive and sign employee certificates, forwarding them to supervisors for absence tracking and appropriate leave management;
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality via payroll and time cards;
Sanitize materials and tools used during the previous shift, organizing and storing them in designated locations to support continuity of scheduled activities;
Read and record information in the incident logbook at the start and end of each shift to ensure seamless continuation of contractual activities;
Conduct shift handover jointly with the supervisor of the other shift, performing sector rounds, highlighting incidents, recording information, and ensuring smooth continuity of contractual activities;
Perform sector rounds to guide assistants in task execution, correct application of cleaning techniques, posture correction, delegation of responsibilities, and monitoring of execution to assess outcomes against established standards;
Escalate and accompany employees in case of workplace accidents or medical incidents, informing the immediate supervisor, occupational safety department, and family members;
Correctly dilute chemical cleaning products, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer guidelines, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training;
Attend judicial or administrative hearings as a company representative (legal proxy), if requested by the legal department;
Perform related duties within one’s competencies, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed Elementary School or 6 months of documented experience in this role.
DESIRABLE: Completed High School and/or 1 year of documented experience in this role.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months.
DESIRABLE: 1 year.
