We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to work on vertical construction projects, with expertise in foundations/infrastructure, reading construction drawings (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and gas), supervision of installations and finishing works (drywall, painting, windows and doors, and tiling). Must be able to coordinate teams, control materials, and ensure high-quality execution. Supervise all construction phases, including foundation and infrastructure (earthworks, drainage, formwork, reinforcement of footings, tie beams, and raft slabs), ensuring execution complies with design documents and quality standards. Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, fire protection, gas, and PDA drawings, ensuring compatibility and providing accurate guidance to teams. Monitor installation of electronic and sanitary kits, control materials, supplies, and equipment, supporting daily planning and site organization. Lead in-house and subcontracted teams, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and guide technical problem resolution. Effectively oversee finishing works, including drywall ceilings, painting, window and door installation, tiling, and other finishing elements, ensuring excellence in delivery. Enforce and reinforce safety regulations, record progress, and report requirements to the responsible engineer.
