Responsibilities: Your challenge will be: To work as an accounts assistant, providing client-facing support; To maintain daily contact with drivers and carriers; To monitor operations and enter information into the client’s internal systems; To conduct SSMA physical checklists and assist with the Tracking System checklist; To verify equipment, driver registration, and vehicle registration; To monitor the invoice process, covering post-issuance stages, system registration, and final clearance in the monitoring system; To conduct internal and external physical audits; Other routine tasks related to Risk and Logistics Management. Prerequisites: Requirements and qualifications: Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Preferred: experience or knowledge in transportation or logistics companies.
