Manage HR and DP subsystems, ensuring strategic and operational alignment • Lead and develop the current HR and Personnel Department team • Develop Training & Development, onboarding, and culture strengthening strategies • Ensure compliance with labor processes, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and legal obligations • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people management-related decision-making • Review, optimize, and implement internal processes to improve operational efficiency • Support initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, retention, and organizational development • Create scalable policies, workflows, and processes to support the group's expansion • Ensure integration among operations, leadership, and corporate departments Previous experience as HR Coordinator, Senior HR Analyst, People Management Specialist, or HR Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
