Strategic project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams **About the Project** The **Crias da Luz Project** is an initiative of the **Municipal Energy and Lighting Company – Rioluz**, linked to the Municipal Government of Rio de Janeiro, aiming to **train youth in situations of social vulnerability as Public Lighting Agents**, qualifying\-them to identify failures in public lighting within their communities, thereby contributing to their **productive inclusion, technical training, and citizenship**, as well as to the social and urban development of their territories.
