**Description:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement management strategies and models for construction projects and initiatives related to stores and buildings, with a commitment to driving optimization of timelines and costs;
Manage all planning, execution, and control activities to ensure efficient delivery of project plans, scopes, budgets, costs, and timelines;
Coordinate and align stakeholders throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle—including development, approvals, execution, and final handover of construction works—to minimize miscommunication and impact on involved parties;
Manage the entire communication and information chain;
Manage change and timeline planning;
Oversee contracts and service providers, ensuring technical, legal, and documentary compliance;
Develop technical scopes and implement a qualified vendor list in coordination with the Procurement department;
Define goals and KPIs;
Supervise implementation of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Compliance standards;
Ensure construction works align with corporate strategy and business and executive leadership directives;
Develop, implement, and manage processes and projects linked to the company’s Sustainability and Environmental Governance frameworks;
Drive innovation in corporate mobility and travel solutions by exploring market opportunities focused on efficiency and user experience—overcoming challenges related to technology adoption, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
**Knowledge, Experience, and Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture;
Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable;
Ensure process governance aligned with best practices and efficiency methodologies: PMBOK, Agile, Lean, or FEL;
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project or Primavera;
PMI certification and Process Management certification are desirable;
Solid experience in project and construction management;
Experience leading teams;
Retail construction experience is desirable;
ESG knowledge;
Agile methodology knowledge;
Knowledge of Real Estate Regulations and Legislation;
Service Design knowledge is desirable
