Structured work environment with operational supervision **We are seeking a Security Guard to work in Santa Cruz and join Vigban's team!** This professional will play an essential role in supporting asset security, ensuring order, control, and continuous attention to the environment, always maintaining a preventive posture and focusing on facility integrity. **Work Location:** Duque de Caxias \- Jardim 25 de Agosto **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 \- Day shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) or Night shift\* (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) **Salary:** R$ 1\.829,10 * Night shift allowance provided for night-shift opportunities, as per legislation. **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher \+ Meal Ticket or Food Allowance of R$25.00 per working day **Responsibilities:** The Security Guard will be responsible for conducting periodic patrols, observing movements around the site, controlling entry and exit of people and vehicles, monitoring common areas, checking general environmental conditions, and immediately notifying supervision upon identifying any anomalies. They must also record incidents, maintain discipline at the site, and ensure compliance with internal company and client procedures. **Requirements:** We seek an attentive, responsible, punctual professional with appropriate public-facing conduct. Strong communication skills, observational ability, basic security knowledge, and willingness to adopt a preventive approach are essential.
