Dynamic environment focused on results and deadlines **Job Description** We are looking for a Loss Prevention Technician to manage, analyze, and reduce operational losses, supporting the logistics area through efficient controls, KPIs, and process monitoring. This professional will play a strategic role in developing control tools, monitoring data, and supporting operations within a dynamic environment with challenging deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** Develop, maintain, and analyze Excel control spreadsheets; Create and manage Google Forms for collecting and tracking operational information; Monitor loss, deviation, and non-conformance indicators; Support logistics operations by monitoring workflows, inventory, and processes; Prepare management reports and monitoring dashboards; Collaborate with operational teams to drive continuous improvement; Work agilely, focusing on results and meeting deadlines. **Requirements** Intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas, filters, pivot tables); Experience with Google Forms and data integration; Basic to intermediate knowledge of logistics operations; Ability to develop control spreadsheets and KPIs; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organized, analytical profile accustomed to working under time pressure; Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in loss prevention; Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic automations; Experience in high-demand operational environments.
