Main responsibilities: * Serve customers by identifying their needs and guiding\-them with all necessary information about available products and their proper use. * Stay well informed about the company's payment terms, promote the store credit card, provide accurate information to customers, and present financial product and service proposals. * Process product returns\/restocking from departments and verify stock shortages in the sales area, requesting restocking to ensure product availability and alignment with Visual Merchandising strategy. * Open and close the cash register, performing required verifications and operations to ensure quality customer service throughout the day. * Accept payments across all payment methods, offer financial products, and comply with the company's commercial policy to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of cash inflows. * Issue fiscal sales receipts via cash register operation to keep the store compliant with current regulations and legislation. * Provide courteous and prompt customer service.
