Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule in a shopping mall environment, including weekends and holidays. **Primary Schedule:** \* Afternoon/Close shift (approximately from 2 PM to 10 PM), with focus on operational organization, team leadership, and maintenance of service standards. **Compensation:** \* Starting salary: R$ 3\.800,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 net **Main Responsibilities:** \* Lead the team during the shift, ensuring operational organization and pace; \* Monitor customer service and ensure store standards; \* Train new employees and interns; \* Correct behaviors and align the team whenever necessary; \* Support basic daily store routine control. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** \* Leadership attitude and strong sense of responsibility; \* Clear and firm communication; \* Proactivity and agility in daily tasks; \* Ability to work effectively in a team and handle pressure; \* Comfort providing direction and making corrections when needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** \* Prior verified experience in cafeterias, restaurants, or retail; \* Prior experience leading teams; **We Offer:** \* Dynamic work environment; \* Growth opportunities; \* Internal training. **Important:** We seek individuals with a proactive attitude and professional demeanor.
