Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting construction projects, providing technical and administrative support for licensing processes with public agencies and concessionaires, and monitoring deadlines and requirements. Monitoring of deadlines and adherence to construction schedules. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Awaits You Daily:** --------------------------------- * Review and interpret construction projects, including underground galleries and optical cable laying. * Provide technical and administrative support for licensing and authorization processes with federal, state, and municipal public agencies. * Support licensing processes with energy, highway, and railway concessionaires. * Monitor and support the technical and administrative documentation required for licensing processes, including applications, forms, descriptive reports, projects, technical studies, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements), and reports mandated by competent authorities. * Maintain direct interface with municipal governments, municipal secretariats, environmental agencies, public utility concessionaires (water, sewage, electricity, gas, and telecommunications), and other regulatory bodies involved. * Monitor deadlines, requirements, conditions, and pending items related to licensing processes, ensuring compliance with construction schedules. * Assist in drafting responses to official letters, notifications, technical requirements, and infringement notices. * Maintain updated controls and reports on the status of licensing processes, regulatory risks, and performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
