Maintenance Supervisor

Description

**Main Responsibilities** * Supervise building maintenance activities, including services in electrical, civil, and hydraulic areas * Plan, organize, and monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Lead and develop operational teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety in operations * Comply with Occupational Safety standards, especially in industrial environments * Ensure adherence to operational procedures and client safety standards * Maintain active communication with the client, tracking requests and ensuring service quality * Manage operational routines in dynamic, high-demand environments while maintaining organization and control over activities **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in building maintenance and operational team management; * Completed high school education plus a technical course in electricity, civil engineering, or hydraulics; * Experience in planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance in shopping centers; * Knowledge and commitment to Occupational Safety, preferably in industrial environments; * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems promptly; **Benefits** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
