Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service and technical and financial support, negotiate debts, perform activations, technology migrations, and sales of products and services. Conducting bank analyses and monitoring invoices (NFs) - Provide friendly and objective customer service; - Identify customer needs and deliver technical and financial support via phone and chat; - Negotiate debts, always seeking the best solution for customers within company-established rules and procedures; - Perform new activations, technology migrations, and contract renewals; - Prevent cancellations (retention); - Provide information about products and services; - Sell equipment and accessories; - Conduct bank analyses, payment clearance of receivables, issuance of bank remittance and return files; - Register and clear entries in credit protection agencies; - Monitor and send customer invoices (NFs). Requirements: - Completed high school education, customer service experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills; - Advantageous if prior experience in telecommunications.
