Job Summary: Assists in updating floor plans and projects, supports tenant service, supervises landscaping, and assists with construction projects and architecture/environment presentations. Our story continues—we are ready to create transformative moments that impact people’s lives, generating meaningful connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in updating floor plans and projects; * Support tenant service (projects and construction); * Assist in supervising landscaping; * Assist in monitoring shopping center construction projects; * Assist in monthly architecture and environment presentations; * Assist in creating notifications, circulars, and visual communications; * Prepare reports and control spreadsheets; * Support the area analyst. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (up to 6th semester); * Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp; * Illustrator is a plus; * Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** What We Offer You Meal/food allowance Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Day Off; Saber Online (internal learning platform).
