This role is accountable for managing digital channel performance—from editorial calendar development to paid campaign optimization—and acts as the primary guardian of the online community while driving qualified traffic (organic and paid) and generating B2B leads. **Detailed Job Description** **In collaboration with the CEO, Marketing Team, and Agency:** * Develop, execute, and manage an integrated editorial calendar, aligning topics, deadlines, and formats (text, video, image) with business goals and ETALENT’s core values. * Plan and execute robust Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies across all website and social platform content (especially YouTube and LinkedIn), focusing on high-ranking for niche keywords (Behavior, HR, and Talent Management). * Publish and ensure multiplatform content distribution (Website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), guaranteeing quality and technical optimization on each channel. * Design and implement short-form video strategies (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), ensuring content is educational, inspirational, and positions ETALENT as a thought leader in the market. * Ensure all videos are technically optimized for search and performance on their respective platforms, maximizing organic reach. * Plan and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns—including sponsored links on Google Ads—with emphasis on keyword optimization, ad groups, and copywriting to maximize qualified traffic and B2B lead generation. * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Operations as an integrator, ensuring all social media and performance initiatives are mapped and directly contribute to each stage of the A VENDA process. * Conduct continuous and effective tracking and monitoring of data, ensuring accurate attribution of results from the first click through to conversion (Lead). * Actively monitor, analyze, and report on paid and organic media campaign performance, generating actionable insights to optimize ROI. * Serve as the guardian of ETALENT’s online community—actively monitoring conversations, responding to comments and direct messages (DMs), and fostering meaningful interactions to increase engagement rates. * Research, identify, and—supported by ETALENT leadership—establish strategic partnerships with influencers, subject-matter experts, and relevant voices (HR, Leadership, Behavior). * Develop and—supported by leadership—execute a key client, partner, employee, and opinion leader engagement program to amplify ETALENT’s message and Share of Voice (SOV) in the market. * Leverage digital platforms to continuously build and nurture brand relationships with industry media and the broader community. * Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, focusing on: Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Share of Voice (SOV), and Brand Perception. * Generate periodic performance reports summarizing data and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decisions aimed at continuously expanding market reach and optimizing investment efficiency. * Work closely with the On-Air Host/Journalist, Video Producer/Researcher, Content Team, Technology Professionals, and Marketing Agency to ensure the quality and strategic delivery of all digital assets. * Provide clear, data-driven briefings to the content and video production teams to maximize performance in search visibility and audience engagement. **Requirements:** **Qualifications and Skills** * Advanced understanding of SEO and SEM (Google Ads). * Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and proficiency with web analytics and social media tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native social media reporting tools). * Experience managing online communities and building digital relationships. * Practical knowledge of digital sales funnels (A VENDA or similar) and B2B lead generation. * Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, Content, Technology). * Advanced English proficiency * Degree in Engineering **Benefits:** Flexible Card (Meal/Meal Allowance), Internal Training Programs, Commuter Benefit
