A manufacturing and customization company for apparel parts is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Downtown). Dimona is a company specialized in clothing and fashion production. Focused on innovation and quality, it aims to meet the needs of the contemporary fashion market. **Responsibilities:** Enter accounts payable entries for administrative expenses into the ERP system. Record provisions for recurring payments. Review entries made by the Procurement, Tax, and HR departments, ensuring compliance with defined rules. Schedule payments for all company accounts. Organize payments by due date, store, and cost center. Collaborate with the Finance Director for approvals. Perform daily bank reconciliation for payments processed the previous day. Ensure the accuracy of the management chart of accounts and defined cost centers. Support the finance team in providing documentation for accounting and audits. Actively contribute to standardizing payment SLAs. Participate in ERP automation implementation. Suggest process improvements to eliminate rework and errors.
