Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct maintenance analysis of equipment and systems, and propose subsequent actions and recommendations to increase availability, reliability, and performance of Energisa’s generation assets; * Provide consulting engineering support for maintenance activities on hydraulic and solar generating units’ equipment and systems; * Systematically evaluate maintenance philosophies, procedures, and plans, seeking best practices and technological innovations to ensure equipment updates, standardization, and uniformity; * Analyze maintenance performance indicators for generation assets and propose solutions to improve performance; * Develop and update the multi-year generation asset planning; * Provide consulting engineering support for annual plant shutdown planning; * Perform risk analysis, integrity assessment, and remaining life evaluation of critical generation equipment and systems; * Provide consulting engineering support for special services and improvement projects for existing assets, covering technical feasibility analysis, technical specifications, proposal analysis and negotiation, project design, implementation, and commissioning; * Develop continuous improvement initiatives and action plans focused on failure reduction, backlog control, and safety enhancement; * Develop, approve, and conduct training on procedures and work instructions; * Provide technical support for technical specifications, material and equipment registration; * Support planning and maintenance of special/critical tasks during routine operations or scheduled shutdowns; * On-site technical activity oversight when required—including emergency interventions in highly complex cases—acting as facilitator and, if needed, liaison with third-party companies involved in unscheduled outages; * Participate in technical evaluation of generation projects from ANEEL auctions and perform technical due diligence for generation project M&A. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Minimum Required Knowledge: * Solar and hydraulic power generation equipment and systems; * Health and safety regulations and applicable standards; * Project analysis and interpretation, and procedure development; * Risk and reliability analysis of generation assets; * Analysis, monitoring, and diagnostics of generation assets; * Theory and practice of solar park operation; * Failure analysis methodology, asset management, and reliability; * Regulatory standards applicable to the electric power system; * Maintenance planning and management tools and indicators.
