Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for issuing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with suppliers and logistics, with a focus on negotiation and attention to detail. Discover our universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** Issuing purchase orders / releasing internal production; Follow-up with PA suppliers; Ensuring raw material receipt by the MP team on agreed dates; Ensuring product delivery within agreed deadlines; Scheduling purchase orders with suppliers via the platform; Coordinating purchase order logistics; Strong negotiation and communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or Production Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet-based control tools; Prior experience in this role is preferred; Knowledge of LINX, CM, and PITÁGORAS systems is a plus. **Additional Information** Fully on-site position in São Cristóvão/RJ.
