Definition and implementation of vulnerability management policies **Senior SecOps Analyst** ========================== TOTVS | Rio de Janeiro - RJ | Remote Job Description Role Mission – Ensure continuous, secure, and scalable delivery of the company’s technology solutions through design, automation, and optimization of pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices. Act as a technical reference within the team, lead improvements, strengthen collaborative culture between development and operations, and ensure resilient, efficient environments aligned with best practices in security and performance. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and analyze security events in cloud environments; * Coordinate response to complex incidents, acting as the focal point during crises; * Define and implement vulnerability management and system hardening policies; * Guide and support the team in adopting DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure delivery; * Evaluate and recommend CSPM solutions (IaC Security, misconfiguration detection, etc.) and Zero Trust; * Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and/or LGPD; * Produce executive reports and clearly communicate risks to senior management. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in SecOps or SOC; * Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure technologies with focus on advanced security; * Proficiency in Cloud SIEM tools, firewalls, and network assets; * Extensive automation knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash Script); * Experience with Zero Trust architectures and security frameworks (OWASP, CIS Benchmarks); * Technical English proficiency for reading and writing documentation. Desirable Requirements * Advanced certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, and/or ISO 27001. * Experience in large-scale corporate security projects. * Experience in risk management and security audits.
