Pedagogical and administrative management of classes **Description:** **Job Description:** We are seeking candidates for a temporary position of Professional Development Assistant, to be based in Centro/RJ. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, History, Geography, Languages, or related fields. Experience in the field of Education is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the behavioral and technical development of youth aged 14–24; Analysis of competencies required in training programs; Planning of training sessions according to required competencies and skills; Evaluation of logistics and optimization of teaching materials to be used in training—e.g., printed materials, PowerPoint presentations, and learning techniques (simulations, debates, games, role-playing, etc.); Research and implementation of topics requiring coverage, compiling relevant materials for execution; Application of group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies. Class management, encompassing both pedagogical and administrative aspects—including contract tracking nearing expiration, number of apprentices, etc. Direct contact with companies for joint monitoring of apprentice progress; Recording of administrative information using the following electronic documents: Technical Reports; Individual Performance Evaluation Reports; Incident Reports; Competency Assessments per apprentice; Ongoing research to update curricular content and Group Dynamics (GDs) delivered under the Program, ensuring alignment with market discussions; Virtual Environment: Attendance updates, profile registration, competency assessments, class monitoring; Organization and control of physical class folders; Communication with companies via telephone and e\-mail; In-person and telephone support for youth and companies; Monitoring of apprentice absences and tardiness, reporting via e\-mail to the youth’s company—and, in some cases, to the Social Worker—to ensure appropriate follow-up actions; Maintaining control instruments: classroom x class, educator x class, IT module, and Monthly Meetings; Assigning apprentices to classes—both new entrants and transfers—based on available vacancies and class levels; Monitoring existing classes, observing start/end dates of Apprenticeship Contracts versus delivery of curriculum content/modules; Tracking the number of apprentices per class and assessing the need for class mergers or splits, referencing each class’s current curriculum stage and each youth’s contract date; Negotiating with partner companies approval for transferring apprentices to other classes; Recording class mergers and splits for future tracking/monitoring; Supporting apprentice transitions into specific modules; Facilitating educator reassignment due to absences, leave, or module changes—ensuring no class is ever canceled under any circumstance. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, History, Geography, Languages, or related fields.
