Loss prevention and reduction of errors and misplacements * Proficiency in inventory techniques (rotational, monthly, and annual). * Ability to keep stock clean, categorized, and clearly visible. * Accurate updating of system entries and exits. * Order preparation with speed and precision. * Verification of goods, invoices, and packaging. * Monitoring of delivery and receipt deadlines. * Task distribution within the stock area. * Training of assistants and stock clerks. * Ability to maintain a productive and organized work pace. * Sorting by size, color, batch, and collection. * Management of returns, exchanges, and damaged items. * Efficient flow between stock → store → e-commerce. * Thorough verification of items and quantities. * Inspection of seals, labels, and item quality. * Loss prevention. * Stock access control. * Lockdown routines, verifications, and checks. * Reduction of errors and misplacements. * Alignment with sales staff, manager, and purchasing. * Prompt communication regarding stockouts, overstocks, or exchanges. * Simple and objective reporting. * Swift response to discrepancies. * Proposing solutions for product shortages or shipping errors. * Process adjustments to improve internal flow.
