We are seeking a **Senior Structural Engineer:**
**Requirements:**
* Generally, as part of responsibilities, possess knowledge of preparing technical documentation through application of fundamental engineering theories, techniques, and practices.
Has knowledge of standards, regulations, building codes, manufacturing standards, and standard design practices relevant to control and development;
* Experience in Civil Engineering within conventional energy sectors, including multidisciplinary projects, reinforced concrete structural design, structural steel design, structural analysis and design, quantity take-off calculations,
review/evaluation of designs;
* Preliminary and/or detailed design of reinforced concrete structures and verification of steel structures, quantity take-off calculations, preparation of sketches, compilation of calculation memos, preparation of quantity schedules, support during development of formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolt, insert, single-line, and 3D model drawings;
* English (spoken, written, and comprehension);
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to navigate intranet pages, conduct searches, and synthesize information. Organize information from multiple sources according to prescribed formats and policies;
* Familiarity with structural analysis/verification software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, TQS, Robot, etc.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collect data from multiple sources and prepare engineering studies, analyses, calculations, etc. Draft recommendations and prepare final documentation. Identify technical issues, contribute to developing alternative solutions, evaluate pros/cons of various options, and make recommendations via official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Compile final documentation incorporating all relevant information and seek client approval. May review similar documentation to assist others and review/authorize work performed by the team;
* Review of project technical documentation, document revision, and consolidation of comments;
* Development of design criteria, technical specifications and/or service specifications, descriptive memoranda for reinforced concrete structures, and support to the discipline supervisor.
