Job Summary: This role involves ensuring the correct adoption of new parts in the production line, managing impacts, and leading projects with a focus on preventing disruptions and optimizing costs. Exercise strict judgment in decision-making and proactively question situations where external factors may jeopardize one’s own deliverables; * Monitor testing of new parts or projects; challenge Product and/or Process Engineering teams to deepen technical understanding of one’s own parts. Possess in-depth knowledge of part applications across models and functions; * Lead meetings, pilot new projects, or handle critical departmental issues with skill—knowing whom to involve and how to approach them—contributing to breaking down barriers and advancing company business; * Assume responsibility for New Projects, pioneering initiatives, and preparation and presentation of materials for management review. Demonstrate competence and confidence in defending diverse viewpoints during conflict situations; * Support the coordinator/manager in scenario evaluation and subsequent decision-making for the optimal option. Be open to listening and providing feedback; * Assertive communication, transparency, negotiation skills, and empathy. Strong critical thinking, agenda organization, and activity prioritization; * Analytical, logical, and integrated thinking to understand rapidly changing proposed processes, participate in follow-up and decision-making meetings, and support junior team members; * Proficiency in handling and negotiating Running Changes (phase-in/phase\-out of parts) with local or foreign suppliers (ILNs).
